AdheSIL Silicone Ink is another innovative product developed & manufactured by G prints & graphics for printing or coating on cured silicone rubber surface, Membrane key pads with flims surfaces like polyester, polyimide and polycarbonate film and also for coating on fabrics. AdheSIL Silicone inks adheres on silicone rubber surface/other sufaces when dried at elevated temperature to form chemical bond with properties like,
1] Excellent gloss.
2] Bright colours & colour strength.
3] Good compatibility processing on screen printing.
4] Excellent bond on silicone rubber surface and membrane key pads.
5] Eco frendly solventless, two pack syestem inks with good pot life.

Aplication:

Applicable on Silicone keypads, Extruded Hose, Silicone Wristbands [Hand rings], Silicone swim caps and many other silicone products. Excellent Adhesion on Surfaces like Polyester, Coated Polyester and Polyimid so could be used on membrane key pads for rubber finish. AdheSIL silicone inks also could be used for coating on cloth surface for speciality applications like air bags, parachaute and hot air ballons.
