Rubber Transfer Labels , Hose [RTL,H]
RTL,H are printed with inks developed and manufactured in house, these inks have properties like Excellent adhesion on rubber surface which gives zero non transfer, Good scratch resistance, good light fastness ,resistance to U.V. light and Ozone and excellent opacity on black which improves appearance of label on black product. Labels are printed in single colour, could be White, Yellow, Green, Red, Orange etc..

Rubber Transfer Labels, Hose or Rubber hose label are rubber transfer labels made especially for transfer on any kind of rubber hose, labels are supplied in roll form, these labels are transferred on rubber surface in curing process, while hose is still uncured before draping labels are kept over the uncured surface of hose, further draping and curing is done. In curing process ink on the label form a chemical bond with rubber, after curing release film peels off and ink is transferred on rubber surface. Release film used for printing does not break or crack while in curing and enable easy film release after curing. Aplication:
