Description:
As name suggests Rubber Transfer Labels are especially made for labeling brand and other information on rubber articles like Poly V Belts and molded components by transfer process. Rubber transfer labels are printed on release film, with transfer inks. Before curing labels are kept over the uncured rubber and product is send for curing, in curing process ink on the label form a chemical bond with rubber, after curing release film peels off and ink is transferred on rubber surface. Transfer inks are manufactured in-house specially developed for adhesion on base rubber while curing/vulcanization to form chemical bond.Available in single and double color printing, color option available, release film 50, 75, 100 microns available.
Aplication:
RTL are mainly used for labeling on V-belts, could be applicable in curing processes like Moulding, Roto cure, Step curing & Drum Curing for V-belts. Applicable on Natural, Epdm, Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM etc rubbers. Not applicable on silicone rubber [use Silicone Rubber Tansfer Labels].Click here for more information & Product Data Sheet
